When will my order arrive?
Each fine art print takes approximately 10-15 business days to print, mount, frame, and ship. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number to be able to track your order.
Do you include any payment information on the package?
No, we do not include any payment information on the package. Our fine art prints make for fantastic gifts!
My print arrived damaged. What should I do?
We pride ourselves on ensuring that your prints are packaged carefully and arrive safely at their destination.
If your items arrived damaged, please contact email@example.com with your order number for further instructions. If possible, please include a photo showing the problem on the product as well as the shipping packaging. We will do whatever we can to get a replacement out the door as soon as possible. You will not need to return your damaged print.
Can I make a changes to my order?
Once an order has been placed you will have 24 hours to make changes to you order.
If you wish to cancel your order please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours.
Will I receive a Certificate of Authenticity with my print?
A Certificate of Authenticity is signed by the Artist and will arrive separately from your print.
The Certificates are shipped to the address provided with your order.
Do you ship to my country?
We offer free shipping worldwide.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
We temporarily do not offer expedited shipping.
My order is lost, what should I do?
We understand things can happen. If your order does get misplaced in transit, please contact email@example.com with your tracking number and order number.
Which shipping couriers do you use?
We ship via UPS & Fedex.
When will my order arrive?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.
Can I frame these prints myself?
All fine art prints will come framed. If you decide to purchase your print without a frame, please note that the print is highly delicate and sensitive to touch. We do not recommend framing the prints yourself and advise that you use a professional framing service.
How can I ensure the authenticity of my art piece?
All of the artworks will include a Certificate of Authenticity which will include the artwork name, edition number, dimensions, and the artist’s signature. The Certificate of Authenticity will arrive separately from your piece.
What kind of paper do you use?
We use only professional photo papers so that you always receive the longest lasting and highest quality photographic prints available.
Do you use glass or acrylic for your framed art?
We use Acrylic cover for all of our framed art pieces. Acrylic reduces the possibility of damage during delivery. Although it can be more expensive than glass, acrylic offers many advantages.
Acrylic is often clearer than glass and due to its lighter weight, can be shipped more effectively.
Ready to hang?
Each framed art piece comes ready to hang with a wire hang.
Frames made from wood moldings also feature a black paper backing.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
We currently do not offer gift wrapping.
Do you accept returns?
Each piece is custom printed and framed for you so we are unable to accept returns.
